ROBATA GRILL

​

The Robata-Grill was first used in Japanese fishing villages. The charcoal, which is specifically adjusted for this kind of grill, reaches particularly high temperatures creating the typical Robata-Smoke-Flavour. At the same time, food cooked in this way achieves a perfectly crisp skin whilst staying moist and juicy inside.
